Mars is back and is all set to release his third album.
The Uptown Funk hit maker has been silently working on his latest album all through 2016 and on Monday morning the singer took to Twitter to announce to his fans that he’s done with his latest album ’24K Magic’. which is due out this Friday, October 7.
MY ALBUM IS DONE!

The initial plan was to release the collection back in March, but was delayed due to his performance alongside Coldplay and Beyonce at the Superbowl halftime in February. This will be his third album following 2010’s Doo-Wops & Hooligans and 2012’s Unorthodox Jukebox which houses record breaking hits ‘Locked Out Of Heaven’ and ‘When I Was Your Man’.
Fans of the Mars’ were pleasantly surprised to to learn of his collaboration with electronic producer Skrillex who confirmed in September that he has been working on something new with the Hawaiian singer. “I’m not going to give specifics of what it sounds like, but what we’re doing is so f**king different, awesome and next level and sounds like nothing else that’s happened before,” he told Billboard.
The hit-maker took to Instagram to talk about his new album saying
“You can call it my first single, but I call it the invitation to the party.”
Will 24K Magic top the charts like Uptown Funk and be the anthem of 2016? I guess we’ll have to wait and watch.
