Superman makes a come back, this time at a gym near you.
Celebrities are constantly finding new ways to increase their fitness to look their absolute best and the Superman push-up seems to be the favourite workout of this season. There are several Superhero variations of this workout style but lets stick to the basic for now!
The good ol’ version starts in a regular push-up position and using the ground as leverage to take off in to the air and return to the starting push-up position. Sounds simple? wait until you try it.
