She’s back! Ariana Grande makes a powerful comeback with a new tune ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ almost a year after the unfortunate incident in Manchester. At the beginning of the year, she had posted a video of her harmonizing, captioned “see you next year” which suggests a new album release sometime in 2019.
But, this single was all hyped up when Ariana started posting snippets of the video and a picture of the title, which makes up the story of her music video. She calls out the perpetrators of the Manchester incident and at the same time overcomes this fear and hatred, singing “they’re way too fly to partake in all the hate”.
‘No Tears Left To Cry’ is lyrically emotional but when paired with synth and house music, it becomes THE jam of summer. Is this gonna be 2018’s summer anthem?
The music video is directed by Dave Meyers and captures Ariana’s emotional turmoil perfectly. She moves upside down of corridor walls and skyscrapers which capture her unsure mood. The new album will be ‘very close to Ariana’; it is a blend of her personal experiences and beautiful, powerful vocals. What else do you need for the album to be a chart topper? A rad video to finish with a bang which Ariana never fails to deliver.
So, looks like Ari started off her album with a mic dropping song and we just cannot wait for 2019 ‘cause it’s gonna be totally lit.
